Creamy, Crunchy and Honey Cinnamon Pecan Butter FAQs

Is your product all natural?

Yes! Our toasted Creamy and Crunchy Pecan Butter is all natural and consists of two ingredients: pecans and just a touch of sea salt. Our Creamy with Honey contains toasted pecans, pure honey, and sea salt. Our Honey Cinnamon Pecan Butter consists only of toasted pecans, pure honey, cinnamon, and sea salt. We add nothing else to it.

Is your pecan butter Peanut Free?

Yes! Our pecan butter is produced in our PEANUT FREE facility.

Is your pecan butter Gluten Free?

Yes! All of our pecan butters are gluten free.

Why does the oil separate?

The oil separation is actually a good thing. It is one way you know that our product is all natural. We don’t use any emulsifiers in our butters. To stir the butter back together, we recommend using a blunt knife (like a butter knife) to stir the butter back together.

Refrigeration, while not necessary will slow down the emulsification process.

Does your pecan butter need to be refrigerated?

No. Our pecan butter does not have to be refrigerated, and can be stored at room temperature away from direct sunlight. While it isn’t necessary, we have found that there are two benefits of refrigeration, 1. Slowing down the emulsification process and 2. Easier spreading of the pecan butter.

What can you do with pecan butter?

Our pecan butter can be enjoyed simply by the spoonful or on a variety of breads or fruit. Many of our customers say they love adding it to their morning oatmeal or shake or on top of ice cream. Check out our blog, here, for more recipe ideas!
