We typically ship orders through USPS priority mail. Most items arrive at their continental US location within 2-3 days of shipping.
During the peak holiday season, shipping times may be longer. Please contact us if you would like a quote for faster shipping.
For delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the US, please call for a shipping price quote.
Chocolate covered pecans cannot be shipped if the temperature is above 70° F.
Free shipping applies when the product total to an individual address is $50 or more.
$10.99 shipping applies when the product total to an individual address is less than $50.
We cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses. Please supply current, complete and correct shipping addresses. A $12 surcharge plus any additional shipping or product replacement costs will apply to redirect packages.
We accept all major credit cards.
We stand behind all of our products and strive for your satisfaction. Product must be returned within 15 days for credit to be given. If you have any issues or need to return items please contact us at 229.759.4008 or CustomerService@GoodsonPecans.com.
Shipping Policy
We ship web orders through USPS Priority Mail. Generally, most items arrive to their continental US location within 2-3 days.
Orders are shipped Tuesday - Thursday.
Orders processed by 5pm EST are shipped the next closest shipping date. We will notify you if we run out of an item on your order and give you the option of replacing that item with another of equal quality, holding the entire order until the product is available, or cancelling that item from the order. Shipping rates are quoted during the checkout process.

ANY information you leave with Goodson Pecans is for our use alone. We do not share our customer information with anyone. If you choose to do business with us or leave your name for our mailing list, it will stay with us.
How is the information used?
Goodson Pecans only uses information to keep customers updated on new products, etc. Our accounting records are kept as required for tax purposes.
With whom may the information be shared?
The information will shared with no one.
How is my personal information protected?
Any information you provide to Goodson Pecans is kept on file in our offices; it is NOT kept on a server on the internet. Any business transactions with us are kept in our accounting program, and are not available to anyone online.
