Where do the pecans come from?
A blend of pecan varieties grown entirely in South Georgia, handcrafted at our store in Leesburg, GA.
Are your products all natural?
Yes. Everything starts with toasted South Georgia pecans and a short list of real ingredients. Creamy and Crunchy are just pecans and sea salt; Creamy with Honey adds pure honey; Honey Cinnamon adds pure honey and cinnamon; and our Fudge Butter is toasted pecans, honey granules (cane sugar + honey), cocoa, refined coconut oil, and sea salt. Nothing artificial.
Are they peanut free?
Yes! Everything is made in our 100% peanut-free facility.
Why does the pecan butter oil separate?
That's a good sign - it means there are no artificial emulsifiers and the product is truly natural. Just stir it back together with a butter knife. With the Fudge Butter, stir and then refrigerate, and the coconut oil acts as a natural emulsifier to set its fudge-like texture.
