Return Policy

All sales are final. Because our pecans and pecan products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of food safety and quality.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you-including any return shipping, should we ask you to send the item back.
