Ingredients
4 tubes of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls (we used Butter Flake)
3 eggs
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup light Karo syrup
1 cup pecan pieces
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 375℉. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium bowl, beat eggs with a spoon. Add sugar and mix with spoon until dissolved.
Add in Karo syrup and vanilla, stir until just combined.
Add in pecan pieces and stir until evenly distributed.
Unroll two tubes of the crescent rolls, spread the filling mixture on one of the doughs. Place the other dough on top and press the sides together. Take a pizza cutter and cut strips, about 1-inch. Twist the dough twice at one end then twist twice from the other end. Repeat with the other two tubes of crescent rolls.
Place on baking sheet and bake for 8-11 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before serving/ Serve with whipped cream and enjoy!
