Chocolate and nut butters — just something about that combination that is so delicious and leaves us coming back for more. Today we’re sharing our very own Chocolate Pecan Butter Cups — they’ve quickly become a crowd favorite and will leave you wanting more. These little Pecan Butter Cups are perfect for book club, tea time, or it pairs perfectly with a cup of coffee for a quick snack.
Ingredients

1 Cup Creamy Pecan Butter

½ Cup confectioner’s sugar

4 ½ Tablespoons butter, softened

½ teaspoon salt

1 package (12oz) melting chocolate
Directions

In a medium bowl, combine pecan butter, confectioner’s sugar, butter and salt. Mix until well combined, set aside.

In another bowl, melt chocolate according to package instructions.

Prepare a mini muffin pan with small muffin liners, then put chocolate on the bottom and brush it up the sides so that the muffin liner is coated to the top.

Place desired amount of pecan butter filling in the middle, (we did a tablespoon or two), cover with chocolate.

Continue until all ingredients are gone.

Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour for the chocolate to set.
