Pecan Butter Easter Egg Nests

INGREDIENTS
11oz white chocolate chips, melted
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
3/4 cup Goodson Pecans pecan butter
8oz chow mein noodles
Cadbury Candy-Coated Easter eggs for toppings
Cupcake liners, optional
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare 2 standard size muffins tins with non-stick spray or cupcake liners.
- Melt white chocolate chips in microwave in 20 second intervals until smooth.
- Stir in powdered sugar and pecan butter until well combined.
- Fold in chow mein noodles until fully coated.
- Scoop mixture into tins and add three eggs on top of each “nest.”
- Refrigerate until hardened, approx. 20 minutes.
- Enjoy! These treats can be stored in an air-tight container for up to a week.
