Pecan Fudge Butter S’mores Bars
If you love adding extras to your smore’s, you will love these Fudge Butter S’mores Bars. The Fudge Butter gives this recipe a double chocolate taste, and the graham cracker crumbs, marshmallows and chocolate chunks make you feel like you are eating a s’mores. Perfect for a fall night at a bonfire.
Ingredients
10 ounce jar of Pecan Fudge Butter
¼ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg, large, room temperature
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
¾ teaspoon salt
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
½ cup chocolate chunks (we chopped up a Hershey’s bar)
½ cup marshmallows, mini
Directions
Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a square pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a large bowl, with a hand mixer (or stand mixer) beat together the Fudge Butter and butter until mixed completely. Be careful not to over mix.
Add the brown sugar and mix until well combined. Next add the eggs and vanilla extract until combined completely. Scrape down the mixture in between adding ingredients.
Next add the flour, baking soda, salt, graham cracker crumbs. Mix until well combined and no streaks of flour exist.
With a spatula, fold in the chocolate chunks and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
Transfer to the prepared baking dish, make sure it is distributed in an even layer before baking.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Cool before serving and enjoy!
