Pecan Butter Maple Topping

Pecan Butter Maple Topping is a favorite recipe of our grandmother, Meme and was the star of the show in our latest episode of Good Food with Goodson Pecans. This scrumptious dessert topping is easy to make and can be used to amp up the flavor of ice cream, cheesecake, brownies, and more. Check out the full episode of Good Food with Goodson Pecans here.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Creamy (or Crunchy) Pecan Butter

  • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup

  • 3/4 Cup Sugar

  • 2 tsp Vanilla

  • 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream

  • 1/4 Cup Milk (2% or Whole)

  • 2 TBL Salted Butter

Prepare —

Combine ingredients into a boiler. Cook on stovetop until sugar is dissolved. Use warm to pour over your favorite dessert. Store leftover syrup in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
