Pecan Butter Smoothies
Smoothies are an easy, on-the-go, and nutritious way to get in a snack. All of these smoothies include frozen bananas; I suggest to slice the bananas before freezing to make it easier and quicker to make. Tag us in your recreations on Instagram or Facebook.
Power Greens & Pecan Butter Smoothie
Ingredients
1 banana, frozen
½ - 1 cup almond milk
1-2 scoops protein powder (we used vanilla)
½ cup spinach
1 Tablespoon Pecan Butter of your choice
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend, stir occasionally if needed for the ingredients to be well combined.

Açai Smoothie
Ingredients
½ banana, frozen
2 Açai packets (we used these from Publix)
½ cup pineapple, fresh, canned or frozen
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until well combined.
Top with coconut shreds, chia seeds, pecan butter, or granola — the possibilities are endless.
